01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 8k8 link platform and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These terms apply to all users of the 8k8 link platform, including registered players and visitors who browse the site without registering. 8k8 link reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered players through their registered contact details where reasonably practicable.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these terms. Individual accounts are personal and may not be used in a representative capacity without prior written approval from 8k8 link.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register on 8k8 link, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or prohibited from participating in online gaming under applicable laws.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or closed by 8k8 link for a breach of these terms.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each individual may hold only one registered account. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8k8 link may close all but the original account and adjust balances accordingly.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. 8k8 link will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials or failed to maintain adequate security.

You must notify 8k8 link immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or believe your login details have been compromised. Contact our support team as soon as possible if this occurs.

8k8 link uses SSL encryption and OTP-based verification to protect accounts. You are responsible for ensuring that your own device and connection are secure. 8k8 link will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 8k8 link are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply:

• Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, local bank transfers, and supported e-wallet transfers. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted payment methods on this platform.
• Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum amounts as displayed within your account at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC identity verification before the first payout is processed. You will need to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to your verified bank account or accepted e-wallet destination. The same payment method used for deposit should generally be used for withdrawal.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by method and account tier. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tier receive priority processing. Standard processing timeframes are displayed in the Withdrawal section.
• 8k8 link reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using methods not listed as accepted on the platform, or to circumvent transaction limits, may result in account suspension and the relevant transaction being reversed.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on 8k8 link, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation except in circumstances described in the relevant game or sports rules.
• Sports bet outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event. 8k8 link follows standard industry rules for void markets, abandoned events, and disputed results.
• Slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are audited for fairness and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action or external factor.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the results of the actual game as dealt or spun by the live dealer. Technical issues that prevent a game from completing will be handled in accordance with the applicable game rules, which may include voiding the round and returning the stake.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any system designed to exploit the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings generated through such methods.

8k8 link reserves the right to void any bet or withhold any payout where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation of errors, or any activity that violates these terms or the spirit of fair play.

06 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, 8k8 link may offer bonuses, cashback, or other promotional features to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made available.
• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each offer.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering pathway.
• 8k8 link reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to players actively participating in a promotion.
• Abuse of promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim offers or using technical exploits to meet wagering requirements artificially — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

The VIP program operates under a separate structure, details of which are described in the VIP section. VIP cashback and priority withdrawal benefits are subject to the conditions applicable to your current tier.

07 Responsible Gaming

You are responsible for managing your own gaming behaviour. 8k8 link recommends that all players:

08 Account Suspension and Termination

8k8 link reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen funds.
• Use of automated software, bots, or other prohibited tools.
• Creating duplicate accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when required.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, 8k8 link reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where a balance is confirmed as legitimately earned through fair play and no breach is attributed to the funds themselves, the balance may be returned at 8k8 link's discretion following the outcome of any investigation.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may contact the support team to request closure. Any active bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal terms.

09 Limitation of Liability

8k8 link provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8k8 link shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, interruptions to service, or delays outside our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, special, or consequential losses.
• Losses arising from your own failure to maintain account security.
• The outcome of any bet or game, which is subject to chance and the platform's published rules.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

10 Contact and Governing Terms

These Terms and Conditions are written in English and apply to all players registered on the 8k8 link platform. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English version of these terms shall prevail.
